IT IS EXHIBITOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY, UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES EXPLAINED HEREIN.
At 1:00 pm on December 1 exhibitors may begin tear down of display. At this time only those items that can be hand-carried or moved on a two-wheel cart may be removed from the building. Unit move out will begin at 8:00 a.m. on December 2 and not earlier.
At all times, all exhibitors are responsible for securing from theft and damage all of their products, decor and personal items. (See Section 24, Indemnification, of the Supplier Terms and Conditions, and Section 22, Indemnification, of the Manufacturer Terms and Conditions.)
Exhibitor MUST designate one member of their staff as Move-out Supervisor. Move-out supervisors are the contact person responsible for exhibitor's move-out. Move-Out Supervisors are responsible for providing security against theft and damage of exhibitor's property during all phases of tear down and move-out. Duties of the Move-Out Supervisor also include arrangements for packing and shipping exhibit, overseeing these activities, and completion of any paperwork required to accomplish move out.
Note: Completed Unit Release Forms ARE REQUIRED for all show and cargo units. Property passes for hand carried or items removed on two-wheel carts are not required.
