A. Please call RVIA with your order number so staff can check on the status of your order. Without an order number it is more difficult to locate your order.

Q. How do I cancel an already submitted order?
A. Please email Susan Strauss, sstrauss@rvia.org, within 24 hours of submitting your on-line order so that your credit card transaction can be reversed and to ensure your order has not already shipped. If you requested any special shipping such as overnight or 2nd day air, it may be impossible to cancel your order. If your ordered has already shipped, cancellation is no longer an option.
