Join a Committee
There are nearly 30 committees that range in topics from marketing, membership, and advocacy to foreign affairs and standards issues. These committees are responsible for setting the strategic direction for many of the Association’s programs. Those interested in serving on a committee should reach out to the committee’s chair or staff liaison.

The Board of Directors is the highest level of authority in the Association’s overall organizational structure and is responsible for setting and overseeing strategy and policy related to critical topics such as standards, marketing, government affairs, trade shows, industry education and Association finances. Elections are held each fall for one-third of the 23 Board of Director seats.
Become an Industry Advocate
There are many ways to advocate for policies that create a more favorable business environment. Participate in Advocacy Day during RVs Move America Week, an annual event when members from across the RV industry meet with their Members of Congress and federal agencies to discuss important RV industry issues. You can also host your federal, state or local policy-makers at your place of business. It is invaluable in helping officials understand the impact of proposed policies on individuals and businesses in their district.
Attend an Event
We unite the RV industry by creating a platform for education, networking and consumer exposure by providing a single gathering place for manufacturers, dealers, suppliers, technicians, industry partners and national leaders. The Association’s events expose RV Industry Association members to new technologies and ideas while helping to foster new business partnership opportunities.
