The RV Industry Association’s Standards department offers several educational opportunities to provide deeper insight into critical compliance requirements on codes and standard for employees on the production lines of RV manufacturer brands, helping to better assist member companies in their ability to adhere to the adopted codes and standards for the construction of RVs.

Online Training Course (Coming Soon)

Launching this fall is a brand new self-paced online RV standards training course is designed as a tool for manufacturers to better understand and test their knowledge in the areas of 120V, Low Voltage, Plumbing, Heating and Fuel Systems.

Quizzes

RV Industry Association members can use these questions to test their knowledge and understanding of current industry standards on RVs and Park Model RVs. Generated by RV Industry Association Inspectors, this educational tool is based on issues seen during inspections, or new issues that may arise.

Education Series Documents

Each document focuses on a particular requirement from the NFPA 1192, ANSI LV or NEC codes and standards, providing a deep dive into critical aspects of manufacturing compliance, supported by photos and text, explaining and illustrating all aspects of a given code item or standards requirement.
