Nominations are in for the RV Industry Association Board of Directors!

The Board of Directors is the highest-level authority in the Association’s overall organizational structure and is responsible for setting and overseeing strategy and policies related to critical topics such as standards, marketing, government affairs, industry education, statistical data, and Association finances.

Eight candidates are running for this year’s three open seats. Members will have the opportunity to cast their votes in September to fill two RV Manufacturer seats and one Supplier seat. Voting will take place between Tuesday, September 3 and continue until midnight on Monday, September 23. Results will be announced in early October and the newly elected Board members will begin serving their 3-year terms on January 1, 2025.

Each member company is permitted one vote, cast by the member's official representative. Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks with specific details on how to vote.

Meet your candidates:

RV Manufacturers

Coley Brady, Alliance RV

Coley is Co-Founder & CEO of Alliance RV in Elkhart, Indiana. Prior to co-founding Alliance RV in 2019, he was the Vice President of Sales for Heartland RV, a division of THOR Industries, where he had worked since 2004. Coley has served on the RV Industry Association Board of Directors since 2022 and as Chair of the RV Political Action Committee (RVPAC) and the RV Model Year Taskforce since 2023. He also serves as member of the RV Industry Association’s Governance Committee, a position he has held since 2023.

Coley is a Board Member of the Elkhart Boys and Girls Club where he serves as Chair of the Boys and Girls Club Color Run, an event that raises over $100,000 annually. He also dedicates time to many community organizations including St. Pius X Catholic Church and the Center for Autism at the Logan Center. Coley earned his degree in business administration at the University of Notre Dame. He lives in Granger, IN with his wife, Patty, and 4 children.


Pablo Carmona, Genesis Supreme RV

Pablo is the Founder, President, & CEO of Genesis Supreme RV, Inc, a family-oriented company he launched in 2012. Pablo’s career in the RV Industry spans over 30 years. He started in an entry level position on the ground floor with Thor CA and quickly moved up to higher leadership positions with increasing responsibilities over the years. He was ultimately tasked with heading up all operational aspects of entire factories (2005- 2011).

His continued passion for innovation and commitment to excellence has led his company to become one of the top leaders on the West Coast for RV Manufacturing. Pablo has been a member of the RV Industry Association since 2012.

He is a long-time donor for local Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Breast Cancer Foundations, American Sand Association (ASA), Glamis Veterans, Glamis Black Bag Project, Friends of Oceano Dunes and has participated in sponsoring local Youth Sports Associations. He recently became a marathoner for Fundraisers in Southern California and enjoys living in Riverside, California with his wife and family.


Jeffrey C. Hunter, Storyteller Overland, LLC

Jeffrey is the Founder & CEO of Storyteller Overland, LLC in Birmingham, AL, a position that he has held since the company’s inception in 2018. Prior to launching the pioneering adventure lifestyle brand and stellar community of Storyteller & Co, Jeffrey first fell in love with second-stage and lifestyle-enhanced luxury automotive manufacturing at McSweeney Designs, LLC, where he led product innovation, branding, and business development initiatives as CEO from 2012-2018.

As with Storyteller, Jeffrey's personal passions, professional pursuits, and shared successes have always centered around the core doctrines of inspired teamwork, constant creativity, exceptional customer experiences, and stellar community engagement. Jeffrey and Storyteller have been proud members of the RV Industry Association since 2018 and first introduced their innovative MODE Adventure Van line-up to the world on the floor at the Association’s RVX event in Salt Lake City, Utah in March of 2019.

Jeffrey lives in Helena, AL, with his wife, Lisa, and their three children. In his free time, he enjoys occasionally strumming the guitar in an attempt to relive his good ol’ days as a touring musician and, whenever possible, he embarks on his own off-grid adventures with family and friends in his personal STO MODE Adventure Van, affectionately known as Article #1. 


Mike Lanciotti, REV Group

Mike currently serves as President of REV Recreational Vehicles, a position he has held since 2021. Prior to that he served as President of Renegade RV. He has also held the roles of President, COO, and GM for 20 years in industrial manufacturing, including 14 years in the RV industry. Throughout his career, Mike has successfully worked with small and large family businesses, publicly traded companies, and partnered with equity firms in 2008 at Renegade.

Mike has served on the RV Industry Association Board of Directors since 2022. He has a track record of execution and growth with 10x top line and 14x bottom line while at Renegade. Seven principals by which he leads are: Safety, Quality, Innovation, Respect, Transparency, Tradition and Prosperity.

Mike earned his Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University and has undertaken post-grad work in ISO, QS, TS quality systems and Lean methodology. He lives in Bonita Springs, Florida and Granger, Indiana and has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 40 years. 


Geneva Long, Bowlus

Geneva is Founder and CEO of Bowlus, a company she launched in 2012. Prior to Bowlus, Geneva earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Science in Economics from the International University of Monaco. Geneva has made the Forbes 30 Under 30 and the RV Pro 40 Under 40 lists. Geneva currently serves on the RV Industry Association’s Public Relations Committee. She resides in Santa Barbara with her family and giant Bernadoodle. 

Suppliers

Brent Diver, Ranger Distribution Inc.

Brent Diver is Partner and Chief Revenue Officer for Ranger Distribution Inc., a company he co-founded in 2019. Prior to co-founding Ranger Distribution, Brent served as Sales Manager for Dave Carter & Associates from 2010-2019 and held multiple sales roles at Odyssey Group LLC (2001-2009), Lester Sales Company (1998-2001), and Babsco/Shelter/Kevco (1990-1998).

Brent has been active in the RV Industry Association since 2011 and currently serves as Chair of the Electrical Technical Subcommittee, a role he has held since 2019. He has also served on the Membership Committee since 2020, the Standards Steering Committee since 2019 and the Plumbing Technical Subcommittee, Life & Fire Safety Technical Subcommittee, and Electrical Technical Subcommittee since 2011.

As a strong supporter of his community, Brent served as the President of the Concord Football League from 2012-2018 and has dedicated his time to many community organization including Concord Little League, Habitat For Humanity, LaCasa, Loveway, Cultivate Food Rescue, Elkhart Public library summer reading program, Salvation Army – Bell Ringing CAPS, Boys and Girls Club, Samaritan Center, Bashor Homes, Ryans Place, Big Brother / Big Sisters, and the Elkhart County 4H Fair. Brent attended Ball State University and he and his wife live in Elkhart, where they raised their two children. 


John Haymond, Medallion Bank

John has led sales for recreation vehicle financing at Medallion Bank since 2007. He has helped Medallion Bank to become an industry leader in financing RVs nationwide. John and Medallion Bank are experts in the prime and non-prime finance business. In 1995, at another bank, John helped develop the first non-prime recreation vehicle finance program in the country. He has served on the Board of Directors for the National Marine Lenders Association since 2016, including 5 years as NMLA’s president. During his presidency, membership grew by 23 percent and sponsorship revenue more than doubled. In addition, John has participated in government advocacy on behalf of the RV Industry Association and the marine/boating industries at both the federal and state levels since 2012. John has served on the RV Industry Association Financial Services Committee since 2016. He has driven innovation in the RV industry for nearly 30 years.

Long-term relationships are important to John. He is well known among the RV and marine dealer communities and maintains a strong industry network nationwide. In his personal time, John enjoys time with family and in the outdoors. He can be found skiing black diamonds at Snowbird Resort, fishing, and camping in the Utah mountains in their family travel trailer. 


Mary Pouliot, Thetford

Mary is the Executive Vice President of the Americas for Thetford LLC, where she has been a valuable team member since 2006. Throughout her tenure, she has held several key roles, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Director of Customer Service, and Director of OEM Sales. Before joining Thetford, Mary founded her consulting company. She also held positions as Director of North America IT at GKN Sinter Metals and the Customer Service Manager and ERP Team Lead at FANUC Robotics.

Mary's dedication to the RV industry is evident through her extensive service. She is currently the Vice Chair of the RV Industry Association Board of Directors Executive Committee, Chair of the RV Technical Institute Board of Directors, Chair of the Supplier Committee, and a member of both the Audit and Awards Committees. She has previously served on the RV Women’s Alliance Board of Directors and as President of the MARVAC Board. Additionally, Mary has contributed to numerous task forces and committees focused on advancing and enriching the industry.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mary is committed to supporting her community. She has been involved in Relay for Life, Habitat for Humanity, Community Sharing, and Cass Community Social Services. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three children.
