Dan served the Democratic staff of the Joint Economic Committee where he organized hearings examining the U.S. manufacturing sector and provided voting recommendations on free trade agreements. He also served on U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission where he contributed to the Commission’s annual report on the U.S.-China relationship. He was also integral in the RV industry efforts to secure duty-free treatment of lauan wood.
