To help RV businesses recruit the right people, RVX: The RV Experience will be featuring a session on the latest human resource trends that can positively impact your business and staff.

KPA HR consultant and former Payroll Manager Kelly Pinkerton, will lead a session on Tuesday, March 12 from 11:00am – 11:45am and again on Wednesday, March 13 from 10:00am – 10:45am. Kelly's undergraduate degree is in organizational leadership and business and she is also a U.S. Army veteran who served as an automated logistics specialist from 2001-2007.

RVX will also feature professional HR advice appointments in the RVDA Dealer Lounge on the exhibit hall floor. With expertise ranging from employment law to effective on-boarding of new employees, representatives from KPA will be available, by appointment, to answer your HR questions.
