May Is Pennsylvania RV And Camping Month

Governor Tom Wolf proclaimed May as Recreational Vehicle and Camping Month in Pennsylvania. This is the 30th year the governor has acknowledged the importance of RVing and camping in helping residents discover the “natural beauty, history and culture of Pennsylvania.”

As the temperatures warm up, May is the perfect time to get out and explore all that Pennsylvania has to offer. RVs provide a convenient, comfortable and safe way to travel and enjoy time at the state’s beautiful campgrounds and parks. The Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA) offers a listing of campgrounds and RV dealerships on its website at PaRVing.com. Click on “resources” in the menu and select “Find a dealer/campground near you.” Some dealers have special sales going on this month to help you get the RV and equipment that best meets your needs.
