Nominations Open For RV Women’s Alliance Awards
The RV Women’s Alliance’s Awards, presented at the Awards Dinner on Tuesday, October 12 during the RV Women’s Alliance Education Symposium, will recognize three individuals and one company who embody the mission of the RV Women’s Alliance to elevate, educate, and promote women in the RV industry.
“Recognizing the contribution and achievements of the incredible women in the RV industry is a core part of the RV Women’s Alliance mission,” said RV Women’s Alliance President Susan Carpenter. “Last year the awards really highlighted the contributions and achievements of not only our winners, but of the very impressive roster of award finalists. I am very excited to again recognize our emerging leaders, our industry icons, and the women, men, and companies who are championing women each day in our industry.”
“In just four short years, RVWA has succeeded, in elevating the contributions that women make to the RV industry. I am deeply humbled to be the first recipient of RVWA’s, highest honor, the Trailblazer Award,” said Debbie Brunoforte of Campers Inn RV. “It is my mission to make the RV industry, along with my own company, the best it can be,” she continued. “If you share that mission, consider immersing yourself in the volunteer opportunities offered by industry groups such as RVWA, RVIA, RVDA and the RV/MH Hall of Fame. RVWA is now accepting nominations for their second annual awards event. I encourage you to nominate a deserving company or individual to be recognized by RVWA.”
Four awards will be presented, the Leader of Tomorrow Award, the Trailblazer Awards for Lifetime Achievement, and the Champion of Women Award that will be presented to both an individual and a company.
