The RV Industry Association's annual industry conference focused on the RV aftermarket segment is back! Register now to join us in San Antonio, August 8-11, 2022.

The RV Aftermarket Conference is focused on supporting a great parts and accessory purchasing experience that will benefit supply chain members and the RV consumer. The event, open to all RV Industry Association members, features:

  • One-on-one "appointment sessions" to get a first-look at the latest products and services in the Aftermarket segment before the fall/winter RV shows
  • Opportunities to learn vital business information about new customers entering the market
  • Networking with colleagues from around the country who have a record of success in the industry

  • A brand-new meetings application that will make setting appointments for Suppliers more open and easier than ever before!

Pricing

  • Supplier Meeting Room: $1,500 per company. Includes access to meetings application and 4 night hotel room. 
  • Supplier Attendee: $800 per person. Includes breakfast and lunch all days and access to meetings application.
  • Distributor Attendee: $475 for 1st company attendee, $200 for each additional attendee. Includes breakfast and lunch all days and access to meetings application.
  • Agent / Rep Attendee: $475 per person. Includes breakfast and lunch all days.
  • Media/Marketing Services Attendee: $250 per person. Includes breakfast and lunch all days and access to meetings application.
  • State Association Attendee: $250 per person. Includes breakfast and lunch all days and access to meetings application.

Host Hotel

The event location for the 2022 RV Aftermarket Conference will be the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk Downtown. Attendees will be able to take in River Walk views from the venue's downtown suites, just a 10-minute walk from San Antonio sights like the Alamo, Majestic Theatre, and the Buckhorn Saloon. The Alamodome and Tower of the Americas are a mile away.
