RV Technical Institute Publishes 2023 Annual Report

The RV Technical Institute's 2023 annual report highlights its multifaceted efforts to address the growing demand for skilled RV technicians. The Institute's technician training program, recognized as the industry's gold standard, leverages industry partnerships and expertise to offer comprehensive and up-to-date training. 

To attract new talent, the Institute focused on recruiting interested women as well as high school students. A targeted campaign was launched to attract women to the field, including all-female technician courses offered nationwide. Likewise, partnerships with high schools in three states allowed students to graduate as certified Level 1 RV technicians.

The Institute also catered to existing technicians by launching Level 3 training, covering advanced diagnostics and repair for specific RV systems and components. With over 5,000 certified technicians and nearly 1,000 training locations, the RV Technical Institute is well-positioned to enhance consumer service and the overall RVing experience.
