RV Technical Institute Welcomes Randy Davis As New Trainer
Randy Davis became the newest addition to the RV Technical Institute’s staff on July 29, bringing more than 30 years of RV industry experience to the Institute’s training team. Randy has a vast knowledge base gained from his 13 years of manufacturer service experience and over 20 years of experience working at RV dealerships.
Randy will hit the ground running and will play a key role in the development of the labs for the Institute’s Level 2 training and the Level 2 delivery methods for our regional partners. His work on Level 2 training is set to begin in August as he takes on the aggressive schedule the board has defined with the goal of getting Level 2 completed by the end 2019. He will play an instrumental role in the continued development of the Institute’s curriculum and training development.
Randy has an extensive background as a subject matter expert and his most recent achievement was developing Keystone RV’s training department. With this role, Randy would train Keystone’s dealer partners and internal personnel; experience that is critically important as the training department launches and expands in the future.
“Randy has been a part of the process and champion of the RV Technical Institute since its inception in 2017,” said RV Technical Institute Executive Director Curt Hemmeler. “Randy has been one of the key subject experts in advising on the development of our new curriculum, delivery methods, training techniques and more. We are excited to welcome him to our growing team and looking forward to his expertise as the program is launched.”
