Susan Carpenter, President, RV Women’s Alliance From an early age, Susan was always the one to question the status quo and push limits. She loves challenges—the bigger, the better—and believes that anything worth doing is worth doing right. Which made her the ideal first President of the RV Women’s Alliance. Susan is also the Aftermarket Manager for B&B Molders and previously served as President and Co-Owner of JR Products, a supplier of hardware to the RV Aftermarket. |

Renee Jones, Head of Marketing, THOR Industries As an Elkhart native with two generations of family in the RV/mobile home industry, Renee has understood the unique opportunities in the industry since an early age. She left Elkhart to gain a different business acumen, building her sales and marketing chops in the consumer packaged goods world with companies including MARS, Macy’s, and Spectrum Brands. Renee was lured into the RV industry by an opportunity to lead Jayco’s agency team, where she made the unique jump from agency to client when she became Director of Marketing for the Jayco companies. Since then, Renee transitioned to THOR, Jayco’s’ parent company, where she leads corporate brand strategy, marketing, communications, and partnerships. |
