RVX Exhibitor Academy

The RV Industry Association team is constantly looking for better ways to assist exhibitors in understanding the new RVX event, from the new location to how to take advantage of the new timing and PR opportunities. As a part of these ongoing efforts, RVX will launch a series of Exhibitor Academies in both Salt Lake City and Elkhart, focused on gathering feedback, and providing education and resources.

The RVX Exhibitor Academy in Salt Lake City will be a great opportunity to get familiar with the new host city, hotels, and all the outdoor recreation the city has to offer. If exhibitors are unable to send staff to Salt Lake, there will be a follow-up Exhibitor Academy in Elkhart on August 8th. The preliminary topics that will be covered during these events include:

• Branding & Merchandising Your Booth
• How to Work with Media
• Salt Palace Logistics: Moving In and Out of Your Exhibit Space
• Exhibitor Services Overview with Freeman Decorating
• Sponsorship Opportunities
• Outdoor Recreation Opportunities with Your Customers

The Salt Lake City Exhibitor Academy will also include venue tours of the Salt Palace Convention Center as well as a City Tour hosted by Visit Salt Lake so Exhibitors can get a better feeling for the event host city.
