State Legislative Agenda Released

Next week the State Government Affairs team will exhibit at the National Conference of State Legislators’ Legislative Summit, the largest gathering of state legislators in the country. Last year was the first time the state team had exhibited at the summit, and this year we are returning armed with the newly released State Legislative Agenda. The State Legislative Agenda lays out the policy priorities and positions for the work of the State Government Affairs team.

“We are very excited to be exhibiting at NCSL again this year,” said Christine Siksa, head of the state government affairs team. “There is no other event that allows this level of access to so many state policy makers. This year we not only have a great story to tell about the booming RV industry, we also have the new state legislative agenda which provides the roadmap for the issues we will be working on proactively in the states.”

The RV Industry Association’s State Government Affairs staff are the industry experts for our members, state legislators, regulators and RV industry stakeholders who work collaboratively to identify, solve and manage issues in the states to promote the health, growth and expansion of the $50 billion RV industry.
