Traffic To Go RVing’s Website Remains Strong
Go RVing continues to be a marketing and consumer awareness thought leader, introducing millions of Americans to the freedom of RV travel and building a desire and passion of the adventures that await. Despite an anticipated cooling of the RV market, traffic to Go RVing’s website is higher than it’s ever been, and consumers are still flocking to Go RVing’s website at record numbers.
Compared to 2021, which had been a record-breaking year as well, 2022 is still seeing more engagement across the website and an increase in consumer interest.
Some of the high-level numbers from Jan 1, 2022 – Sept 19, 2022, include:
- Visits are 58% higher this year than last year compared to those dates in 2021.
- Website sessions are up almost 70% and pageviews are up 44%.
- A 116% an increase in leads submissions.
- 145% increase in dealers downloading leads.
- 40% increase in searches for OEM brands.
The most viewed RV types on the site have been teardrop trailers, pop ups, and camper vans, while the second-most viewed part of the site focuses on how to get started in the RV life.
Particularly, consumers wanted to find RV shows, dealers, rentals, and campgrounds. They were also interested in OEM brands and signing up for leads and the Go RVing newsletter. Trip planning and budget tips were also a popular section.
